Once a patch hits its 6-8 hour lifespan, it stops working and won't light up anymore. Just switch to a new one from your box.

If your patch arrives defective or stops working within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll make it right. Just reach out with your order number and a quick description of the issue.
