At Veylen, we want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an extra day or two — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Free Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days
- Priority Shipping (extra cost): 5-8 business days

Exact rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping Delays
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier. Veylen is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.
